First time making cake pops, I was doing the penguin cake pops, it was fun to make and turned out quite good. I use royal icing to pipe the feet and the beaks.

Green Tea Mousse with Red Bean Cheese Cake

I made this cake before, decided to make it again and see if it will be better than the first time. Still find the mousse is not firm enough. I used 1/2 teaspoon (2g) gelatine as per the recipe, but should use 3/4 teaspoon instead.

Mango Mousse Cake
Making mango mousse cake yesterday. I found a few recipes on the net, the first attempt was good, only did not like the cake base, too much flour. This is my second attempt, used a different recipe for the sponge cake, much softer this time. I have a 6-inch pan cake, the recipe was for 7-8 inch pan, so I need to modify the recipe a bit. It turned out quite well. The hard part was to get the right consistency of the mousse. Taste wise is good. Will try the third time to perfect the mousse part.
