Mango Mousse Cake


Making mango mousse cake yesterday.  I found a few recipes on the net, the first attempt was good, only did not like the cake base, too much flour. This is my second attempt, used a different recipe for the sponge cake, much softer this time.  I have a 6-inch pan cake, the recipe was for 7-8 inch pan, so I need to modify the recipe a bit. It turned out quite well. The hard part was to get the right consistency of the mousse. Taste wise is good. Will try the third time to perfect the mousse part.
